Our catalog is curated by geriatric care specialists and reviewed regularly. Every product has been vetted by our team before it appears in your plan.

How is my information used?

We store your assessment locally on your device. We do not create user accounts or sell your data. Your profile is used only to generate your recommendations.

What if I don't see the right products?

How do I get local service recommendations?

Enter your loved one's zip code during the assessment and we'll include local home health agencies, therapists, and other services in your care plan.
